Imperial Exchange Policy
At Imperial, we take pride in delivering premium-quality dry fruits and snacks to our customers. We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The seal of the product must be intact — items that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange.

Perishable items cannot be exchanged once opened for health and hygiene reasons.

Imperial’s decision regarding any claim or exchange will be final.

Due to variations in lighting, screen display, and photography, the actual color, texture, or appearance of products may slightly differ from what is shown online. Exchanges cannot be made for these reasons.

A product can only be exchanged once.

Exchanges can only be processed for items within the same category (e.g., dry fruits to dry fruits) depending on availability.

Return shipping and related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Procedure

Please submit your exchange request via WhatsApp or Email within 48 working hours of delivery.

Our customer service representative will review your request and provide an Exchange Reference Number if your product qualifies.

Courier the product (with the original receipt and exchange reference number) to Imperial in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for damage or loss during return transit, so please use secure and reputable courier services.

Once received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, your replacement item will be dispatched.

The customer will be responsible for any transportation or price difference associated with the exchange.
All claims will be processed within 14 days of receiving the exchange request.
Refund Policy
Imperial follows a strict NO REFUND policy. We do not offer cashback once payment has been processed and the order has been delivered. The exchange policy applies only after the order is received or payment is completed.
